  1. Ticket customization and identification

 If the leisure center were forced to close after having accessed it, the rules of said center for such circumstances would apply. In the case of not being able to access for weather reasons or oblivious to the center, the buyer must ask for the person in charge of the center at that time; If you do not do so, you will lose any rights that may assist you.

 

  1. Causes attributable to the buyer:

 In the case that the tickets purchased cannot be used for a cause whose origin is the sole responsibility of the customer (poor quality of printing or deterioration of the tickets, for example), there will be no right to refund the amount corresponding to the purchase.

 

 

Cancellation and return of tickets
